Our specialist bootcamps are designed to compliment your weekly personalised training plan.
Here is where our community really shines, think larger groups, faster pace, great energy.
We focus on your cardio and conditioning; meaning we burn loads of calories, develop different aspects of your fitness, have plenty of fun and make some new friends along the way.
Every package at FACTR includes UNLIMITED bootcamps, so we encourage people to try them all and see which they love the most! See our timetable below.
Bootcamp LITE is perfect for those that are new to training or perhaps returning from an injury.
Bootcamp LITE follows the same format as regular bootcamps but has some scaled back movements and a sightly lower intensity for those who need it.
People often start here and build their up their fitness and then progress onto the main bootcamps when they feel comfortable and fit enough.
As we are an official Hyrox partner we also offer Hyrox specific bootcamps twice each week; one being focused on skill work and mastering each station and the other being a generic Hyrox style conditioning session.
If you are currently training for a Hyrox or thinking of doing one in the near future we can help you every step of the way and ensure you achieve your goals on Race day.
We love to host a weekly run club for our members and spend some time training together outside of the gym.
Run Club takes place every Wednesday at 7PM and includes social runs at an easy pace and sometimes interval work for those who want it.
We also offer a Run Club LITE every Monday at 7PM, where we run at a slower pace and include run/walk breaks for those that are new to running or just want to take things easier.
Our small group PT sessions are more strength focused and have smaller class sizes, meaning that you will work much more closely with the coaches to learn new skills and master the basics.
Whereas our bootcamps are designed for larger groups to focus more on their cardio and conditioning.
Absolutely, our Hyrox sessions are still a great high intensity workout for anyone, even if you haven’t entered a race… yet.
They often involve more running but as always, this is scaled to different ability levels. For those looking to compete, we recommend coming to our specialist ‘Hyrox Competitor Sessions’.
If in doubt, speak to your accountability coach to get a specific plan in place but generally speaking, start off with our Bootcamp LITE sessions to build your confidence and fitness before moving on to our full bootcamp sessions and run clubs.
