WHEN DOES MY TRIAL START?

Your 30 day trial doesn’t begin until your first session in the gym with us. If you paid for your trial today but didn’t come in for a week your trial would start on the day of your first session not when payment was made.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SIGN UP?

As soon as you sign up for the trial you will receive a welcome email giving you all the details you need to get started. In this email you will get access to our booking system, training app and a bunch of other useful materials.

AM I FIT ENOUGH FOR THE TRIAL?

We have such a wide range of members here from people who are super fit to people who have never set foot in a gym before. All of our sessions can be scaled back to suit the level you are currently at.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE FIRST 30 DAYS?

After the 30 day trial we have a range of different packages that the team will discuss with you. The prices for these packages vary depending on how many small group PT sessions per week you would like to proceed with.

HOW MANY TIMES PER WEEK SHOULD I TRAIN ON MY TRIAL?

We always say to focus on the strength sessions (SGPT) for the first few weeks and begin to sprinkle in some bootcamp classes when you feel comfortable with your training week. As a general guideline we think 2x strength sessions per week is usually a good foundation for people new to this style of training.

Can I still join if I have an ongoing injury / issue?

As part of the 30 day trial you will have access to an initial consultation with our sports therapist, Faye who will be able to recommend the best exercise modifications if needed. Each session can be scaled down to make it easier to work around an injury or scaled right up to make it harder when you are ready.

WHAT TIME ARE THE SESSIONS?

We designed our timetable with you in mind, as we understand everybody has busy lives and prefers to train at different times of the day. The gym is open from 6AM - 8PM throughout the week and 8-12PM on Saturdays with a variety of sessions each day.

We also have Run club & Run Club LITE Monday & Wednesday at 7PM.
