How We Work

Our training is sociable, accessible and above all, designed to deliver.

Delivering our personal training sessions in small groups allows us provide expert coaching within a positive and friendly environment.

Our philosophy is delivered through a combination of small group personal training sessions and bootcamp classes. 

All of our members opt for a package that best suits them, whether that be one, two or three PT sessions per week, alongside UNLIMITED bootcamp classes, access to our open gym and weekly nutrition support and lifestyle guidance. 

Each of our training blocks lasts for 12 weeks, where you will be challenged and motivated to improve your performance week on week. Throughout the programme you will learn new movements, master the basics and become confident in your ability. 

We understand that everyone’s goals are different which is why we carry out a consultation with every new member to better understand their training background, what they are looking to get out of FACTR and any limitations they may be struggling with.

OUR TIMETABLE

We designed our timetable with you in mind, as we understand everybody has busy lives and prefers to train at different times of the day. The gym is open from 6AM - 8PM throughout the week and 8-12PM on Saturdays with a variety of sessions each day. Please click here to view our full timetable.
