We have an on-site Sports Therapy clinic in our Chester gym run by our therapist, Faye Suddart.

Our in-house Chester Sports Therapist not only offers add on services to your standard gym membership, but is also part of the team who deliver the FACTR lite series, a great option if you've never trained or lifted before. This means that from day one, you are learning to train in a safe and effective manner that focuses on form and technique.
