Alongside our personal training sessions all our members get access to unlimited bootcamp classes per week.
We find bootcamp sessions are a great way to supplement your small group personal training sessions.
These sessions are a much larger format, usually up to 30 people per session and focus on cardio and conditioning work.
Think of these as a HIIT session where the community all come together and have a great time whilst burning lots of calories.
If you are new to FACTR or perhaps returning from an injury, we also offer bootcamp Lite sessions which are very similar but slightly scaled back to make people feel more comfortable and find their feet.
