Don't worry if you've never lifted before! That’s fine, we ensure that all exercises are scalable if you need to take things slightly easier at the start and work your way up.
A typical PT session at FACTR focuses mainly on strength work, starting with a light warm up, two main strength blocks and then a finisher for the final ten minutes.
Usually these sessions take place in our rigs where all the required equipment will be set up and ready for you to get stuck into your workout.
