Our philosophy is delivered through a combination of small group personal training sessions and bootcamp classes.
All of our members choose a package that best suits them, whether that be one, two or three PT sessions per week, alongside UNLIMITED bootcamp classes, access to our open gym as well as nutrition support and lifestyle guidance.
Each of our training blocks lasts for 12 weeks, where you will be challenged and motivated to improve your performance week on week. Throughout the programme you will both learn new movements, as well as master the basics that will help to increase your fitness and your confidence both inside and outside of the gym.

We designed our timetable with you in mind, as we understand everybody has busy lives and prefers to train at different times of the day. The gym is open from 6AM - 8PM throughout the week and 8-12PM on Saturdays with a variety of sessions each day.
We also have Run club & Run Club LITE Monday & Wednesday at 7PM.
We have a number of options for parking at the gym. You can use Waitrose car park opposite where you get up to 90 minutes free of charge or you can park directly outside the gym in the Moxy hotel car park, which is also free once you put your reg plate into the hotel reception.
Here at FACTR we don’t believe in fixed, long term contracts so we operate on a month by month basis. All we ask is that you give 30 days notice if you wanted to leave.
Month by month contracts allow us to be flexible and cater to your needs to the best of our ability. You can change packages to increase/reduce the amount of PT sessions per week if you need to.
Yes, the gym is fully equipped with changing rooms that has showers, lockers and everything you will need to freshen up after a session.
All FACTR members have access to the open gym any time during our opening hours. You do not need to book this, you can simply turn up and workout. Our training app has some additional programmes specific for the open gym for you to follow.
Small group personal training is our bread and butter and we believe this is where you should focus most of your time and efforts. We work on a 12 week programme cycle where you will be pushed and challenged throughout the 12 weeks before some time to reset and reflect at the end and go again into a fresh block of workouts.
We usually recommend 2x small group PT sessions per week until you are comfortable with this and then look to add in some bootcamps throughout the week to slowly increase your number of sessions per week.
We have a booking system/app for all our classes which is extremely easy to use and user friendly.
