All of our small group personal training sessions are led by our exceptional coaching team.
We focus on helping you move better, get stronger & improve your fitness throughout our progressive 12 week programmes.
The full 12 week training block is laid out in our training app for you to see ahead of time and track your progress along the way.
Whether it’s your very first time in a gym, or you're an experienced athlete, the coaches are on hand to teach you new skills, help you master the basics and ensure you are working hard and having fun.
All you need to do is show up and we’ll take care of the rest.
If you want to focus on mastering the basics at a slightly slower pace and lower intensity, then our Fundamentals sessions may be a better option to begin with.
These are delivered by our sports Therapist - Faye - and will focus on building your base fitness and confidence in the gym until you’re ready to try our small group PT sessions.
The coaches will guide you through a 10-minute warm up specifically designed to help you get the most out of the workout ahead.
Each workout is specifically designed to help increase your strength and improve your fitness levels over a 12 week training block.
You can expect full body workouts, combining compound strength movements along with lots of accessory work and core exercises.
The coaches will be on hand to ensure you get the most out of each session, whether that be scaling some of the movements back, or simply encouraging you to push yourself and work that little bit harder.
We like to finish every session with a conditioning block to elevate your heart rate, get the endorphins flowing and make sure you leave with a smile on your face.
There will always be a choice of either the; ‘sweat’ - for those wanting to really leave everything on the gym floor, or a ‘flow’ option - for those wanting to take it slightly easier and burn some extra calories at the end.
All of our sessions are an hour long and broken down into 3 sections, see workout example above.
There will be a maximum of 8 people to 1 coach in the SGPT sessions, some of the busier classes will have 16 people and 2 coaches to guide them through every step of the workout.
Our small group personal training sessions follow a structured 12 week programme that builds throughout the phase. Each week has three different full-body strength sessions with each session having a slightly different focus.
Lots of people come to us with injuries or issues they need to work around. The coaches will always be on hand to adjust the workouts where needed.
In every small group PT session we have a wide range of abilities, from people who are new to lifting to the more experienced lifters. The coaches are always available to meet you where you are currently at and help you learn the basics.
If you would rather start with a slightly more scaled back option we also run FACTR Fundamentals for those who want to focus on mastering the basics at a slightly slower pace.
