My goals when I started training were to lose some weight & gain strength to help me combat the effects of increasing age having being identified as in danger of osteoporosis.
The training in the gym has been challenging, rewarding and enjoyable (mostly!!)
As a direct result of the training and lifestyle support, I have maintained a healthy weight and am able to carry out labour intensive jobs and, most importantly, have warded off full osteoporosis. All in all I'd say, "result!"
